Recipe: Madeira Sauce

Ingredients
- 1½ qt. Water
- 2 c. Madeira Wine
- 1½ c. Brown Demi Glace Sauce Mix
- 1 c. Gordon Choice Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Shallots, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Cloves, crushed
Recipe Preparation
1. All ingredients in a sauce pot. Bring to a boil. Whisk together until smooth. Simmer 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Allow to cool. Transfer to a covered storage container and refrigerate until needed. When reheating, adjust consistency with water, if necessary.
