Ingredients
- 2 c. GFS Extra-Heavy-Duty Mayonnaise
- 2 c. GFS Sour Cream
- 1/4 oz. Trade East Ground Chipotle Chili Pepper
- 2 ct. Markon Lemons, juiced
Recipe Preparation
Wash hands.Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under running water. Drain well.
1. Place all ingredients in a stainless-steel mixing bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
2. Transfer to a covered storage container, label, date and refrigerate until needed. CCP: Refrigerate at 41°F or below.
