½ tsp. Markon Fresh Dill
as needed Pomegranate Molasses (Optional)
Recipe Preparation
Spoon the eggplant moutabel on a serving plate in a concave round.
Nest the beets on top of the eggplant moutabel.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh dill.
Drizzle pomegranate molasses next to the eggplant moutabel (optional).
