In a nonreactive sauce pot, reheat the vegan bone broth until it reaches a simmer. Shut it down and transfer the broth to either a steam well on the hot line with a ladle, a soup kettle or a coffee urn for self service.
Per order, fill a hot cup up with 12 oz. of bone broth and garnish with a thinly sliced round of fresh lime. Serve with a coffee clutch or sleeve around the outside of the cup and fasten the drinking lid securely.
