4 Tbsp. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
4 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
4 cloves Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
4 Tbsp. Minced Jalapeño

Wash hands. Combine ingredient in a small bowl with a whisk. CCP: Product must be cooled to a maximum internal temperature of 41ºF or less, within 4 hours.
