Recipe Preparation

  1. Season and sear or chargrill the burger patty until the desired internal cooking temperature.
  2. Melt the cheddar cheese slice on top when the burger is cooked.
  3. Layer the burger onto the toasted brioche bun with butter, lettuce leaf, and top with bacon jam and a soft fried egg.
  4. Serve with crispy seasoned waffle fries.
