Gordon Food Service Celebrates Supplier Excellence at 2025 VIP Awards

WYOMING, Mich.—Gordon Food Service, the largest family-managed and privately held foodservice distributor in North America, today announced the winners of its 2025 Vendor Involvement Process (VIP) Awards. The annual event honors top-performing supplier partners who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding value to customers.

“The success of our customers is a direct result of strong, collaborative partnerships with our suppliers,” said Heather Bradshaw, Vice President of Merchandising. “This year’s VIP Award winners have set the standard for excellence, consistently bringing innovation to our go to market strategies, quality, and reliability to the table. The VIP program has been recognizing top suppliers for nearly 30 years. At this year’s event, over 70 suppliers were honored for outstanding contributions across six key categories. The awards highlight excellence in continuous improvement, service quality, strategic alignment, supply chain effectiveness, vision and branding, and technological innovation.

Gordon Food Service relies on a network of more than 6,300 suppliers offering tens of thousands of products. This extensive network is essential to serving a wide range of foodservice operators across North America, including over 123,000 customers in the restaurant, hospitality, healthcare and education sectors.
