Add ingredients to a iSi Nitro Profi Quart.
Make sure the cap is closed and insert the first iSi Nitro charger. Shake vigorously.
Insert second Nitro charger. Shake vigorously. Refrigerate then pour into a martini cocktail glass.
Add Mocha Foam Ingredients to a Cream Profi Quart iSi Whipper.
Make sure the cap is closed and insert the first Gordon Choice N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
Insert second N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
Test consistency and add another charger if necessary.
Top drink with foam and garnishes (if desired).
Refrigerate remaining foam for future use.
