CDL A Transit Driver

Location: 10901 38th St. Kenosha

No Auto Restriction; must be able to operate a 10 speed transmission.

In this position, you will be transporting loaded and empty trailers from GFS Distribution Centers or from point-to-point via night transit. Night shifts mean you’ll be home every day, and there’s not touch freight required. Feel safe and secure at a company that values and respects you. Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply!

Schedule: Start times are 5:00pm – 7:00pm with occasional earlier or later starts

Does this look like you?

At least 21 years of age
Class A CDL License at hire
Doubles (T) endorsement required
Ability to pull food pallets with a manual pallet jack
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions)
Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020.
