As our Sales Technology Scrum Master, you’ll lead the development of bleeding-edge, Generative AI-enabled applications that revolutionize how our 1,500-person sales force interacts with customers and drives revenue. This high-visibility role places you at the forefront of a critical strategy for Gordon Food Service, where you’ll bridge the gap between our SAP infrastructure and innovative AI solutions. You’ll own the SAP Order to Cash and CRM functional teams, ensuring these systems seamlessly integrate with cutting-edge Appian applications to provide a best-in-class sales experience.

Lead the Way in AI-Powered Sales Solutions:

• Guide a talented team of Appian developers in creating custom applications infused with Artificial Intelligence, leveraging SAP data to provide intelligent insights and automation.

• Be a visionary leader, identifying innovative ways to leverage AI to enhance sales effectiveness, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth within the SAP ecosystem.

• Take ownership of the SAP Order to Cash and CRM functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our sales technology ecosystem.

• Collaborate closely with sales representatives, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, user-friendly solutions that maximize the value of our SAP investment.

In this role, you will:

• Champion Agile methodologies and lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional results.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with Gordon Food Service’s sales strategy and maximizing value delivery.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your team’s solutions and identify areas for optimization.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team, encouraging experimentation and knowledge sharing.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Agile software development environments, with a proven track record of success in leading Scrum teams.

• Strong understanding of sales processes, challenges, and best practices within a large organization.

• Experience with Appian development and a passion for exploring the potential of Artificial Intelligence in sales applications.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business audiences.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with SAP Order to Cash and CRM systems.

• A background in Generative AI or Machine Learning.
