We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Architect to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement complex enterprise-wide systems and solutions that meet the needs of our growing North American company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of architectural principles, ability to communicate architectural concepts to a wide variety of audiences and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the overall enterprise architecture framework that supports business outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing systems

  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technical teams

  • Communicate and present architecture strategies and solutions to senior business leadership and other stakeholders, including CIO and C-Suite 

  • Adapt architectural approach to changing business and operating models

  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in technical architecture or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of architectural patterns and principles

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably GCP

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with SAP and integration strategies preferred
