Our 12-week paid internship program offers firsthand experience and meaningful projects that have an impact. Throughout the program, you’ll be exposed to various aspects of the foodservice industry while working alongside business professionals. Gordon Food Service's internship is exciting, dynamic, and creative. I have had the opportunity to have full creative ownership over so many different projects, expanding my problem solving skills and my ability to tackle any type of challenge that comes my way.
The Gordon Food Service internship is one to remember. The culture is so warm and welcoming and you will witness all seven of the Cornerstone Values. Along the way, you will meet and connect with amazing employers, peers, and mentors. You will also learn about things you want to do later in your career.

Yes, interns are hourly employees.
This is a 12 week program that starts in May and ends in August.
Gordon Food Service offers housing at no cost to interns a part of our Home Office Program that do not reside in Kent County, MI. Housing is not provided to interns based out of our Atlanta Tech Hub.
Housing may be provided to interns a part of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Programs. You can discuss housing during your interview with your recruiter.
