Recipe: Roasted Beets Batch

Ingredients
1 lb. Fresh Beets
tsp. Gordon Choice Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
½ oz. Kosher Salt
¼ tsp. Trade East Ground Black Pepper
Recipe Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Trim and peel the beets while working on a cutting board.
Toss the beets with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Wrap each beet individually in parchment paper, then wrap in foil.
Roast on a half sheet tray lined with a roasting rack for 45 minutes until tender.
Remove the beets from the oven and cool under refrigeration. Do not remove foil.
Once the beets have cooled, remove the foil and store in re-closable bags until needed.
