Recipe: Whipped Cheese Cap Foam

Ingredients
- 8 oz. Pourable Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. Gordon Choice Half & Half Creamer
- to taste Kosher Salt
- 8 oz. Gordon Choice Heavy Whipping Cream
Recipe Preparation
- In a large stainless steel bowl add the cream cheese, half and half and salt. Whisk until combined and smooth.
- Add the heavy cream to a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment. Whip until the cream forms medium peaks.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated. The mixture should be able to coat the back of a spoon.
