  1. Heat together equal parts curry sauce and demi glace to create a curry dipping sauce for the spicy bag. Set aside to keep hot for service.
  2. Deep fry the fries and chicken tenders in separate baskets till golden brown and cooked to 74°F (23°C).
  3. Saute the fajita mix (red and green peppers, and white onions) in vegetable oil till tender and starting to caramelize.
  4. Cut the chicken tenders into bite-size pieces and toss them in a bowl with the fries, peppers, onions, and chipotle spice seasoning.
  5. Place the tossed spice bag mix into the desired serving vessel.
  6. Dress the mix with a zig-zag of garlic dressing from a squeeze bottle and serve with a side portion cup of the curry and demi glace sauce.
