(Recipe) Parmesan-Lemon Breadcrumbs

Ingredients
- 2 lb. GFS Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 lb. Primo Gusto Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 c. GFS Canola Oil
- 2 ct. Lemon, zested (yield 2 Tbsp, finely chopped)
Recipe Preparation
Wash Hands.
Combine all ingredients in stainless-steel mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover, label, date and refrigerate for future service. CCP: Refrigerate at 41°F, or below.
