(Recipe) Parmesan-Lemon Breadcrumbs

Ingredients

2 lb. GFS Panko Breadcrumbs
1 lb. Primo Gusto Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c. GFS Canola Oil
2 ct. Lemon, zested (yields 2 Tbsp. chopped fine)

Recipe Preparation

Wash hands.

Combine all ingredients in stainless-steel mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover, label, date and refrigerate for future service. CCP: Refrigerate at 41°F, or below.
