Ingredients

8 oz. Gordon Choice Unsalted Butter
8 oz. Gordon Choice Greek Yogurt
8 oz. Greek Feta Cheese
1 oz. Roasted Beets
½ oz. Gordon Choice Honey

Recipe Preparation

Soften the butter at room temperature.
Add the ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth.
Transfer to a puff pastry bag and refrigerate until needed.
