Recipe Preparation

  1. Spread the sharp cheddar spread on one side of each slice of the bread.
  2. On the non-spread side of one slice, place the cheddar slices evenly.
  3. Evenly distribute the lobster meat on top of the cheddar slices.
  4. Place the other slice of bread, spread-side down, on top to form a sandwich.
  5. Heat your flattop grill over medium heat.
  6. Melt a tablespoon of butter on the grill.
  7. Once melted, place the sandwich on the grill.
  8. Grill for 3-4 minutes on one side, pressing lightly to ensure an even crisp.
  9. Flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
  10. Cut in half diagonally and plate.
