Jalapeno Popper Flatbread

Ingredients
1 ea Flatbread
3 oz Pepper Mill Creamy Garlic Dressing
1 ea Jalapeno, thinly sliced on mandolin with or without seeds
3 oz Shredded Mexican Cheese
1 oz Bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
1/4 ea Green Onion, thinly sliced on bias
Pepper Mill Creamy Garlic Dressing, additional in squeeze bottle for drizzling
Recipe Preparation
Prebake flatbread in 375°F oven for 10 minutes.
Spread garlic dressing on the crust.
Arrange half of the jalapenos on the dressing.
Top with half of the bacon.
Cover with cheese.
Top with remaining jalapenos and bacon.
Bake for 9 minutes until cheese is melted.
Out of top, top with green onion and drizzle of dressing.
Could use cooked sausage instead of bacon.
