Recipe Preparation

  1. Fry tenders at 350*F (177*C)  until internal temperature reaches 165*F (74*C) . Set aside and hold warm.
  2. Open bun and toast in butter or oil until golden brown.
  3. Measure and combine all ingredients for curry aioli in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine
  4. Spread 1 Tbsp of curry aioli on both sides of bun. Place chicken tenders on the bottom bun side by side.
  5. Combine the hot honey and chili crisp in a bowl to create the hot honey crisp
  6. Top chicken with hot honey crisp and sesame seeds. Then add about 6 sprigs of whole cilantro and the Asian slaw. Add the top bun and enjoy
