Recipe: Pineapple Cucumber Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 oz. Gordon Choice White Vinegar
- ½ c. Gordon Choice Granulated Beet Sugar
- 1 pt. Seedless English Cucumbers, matchstick cut
- 2 qt. Fresh cabbage, angel hair cut
- 1 pt. Markon Ready-Set-Serve Fresh Pineapple, matchstick cut
- 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
Recipe Preparation
- Place white vinegar and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Whisk to dissolve sugar.
- Fold in remaining ingredients until vegetables are evenly coated.
- Place into a storage container and refrigerated.
