Recipe Preparation

  1. Season the two beef patties and smash with hand held press until flattened.
  2. Cook on both sides. Top with Monterey Jack cheese to melt.
  3. Warm the Sienna Bakery black bun, smearing black garlic aioli on the top bun and the hot pepper bacon onion jam on the bottom bun.
  4. Top with double beef patties and beef bacon.
  5. Black garlic aioli: black garlic in a food processor with mayo, a touch of balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  6. Plate and serve!
