2.5 Tbsp Gordon Choice(R) Hot Cocoa Dry Mix
2 oz Gordon Choice Original Plain Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Monin Vanilla Syrup
5 oz Hot Water
16 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup (Vanilla Foam)
8 oz Pasteurized Egg Whites (Vanilla Foam)
1 ct Cream Profi Quart iSi Whipper (Vanilla Foam)
2 ct Gordon Choice(R) N2O Chargers (Vanilla Foam)

Recipe Preparation

Add ingredients to a glass or mug. Stir until well combined.
Add Vanilla Foam Ingredients to a Cream Profi Quart iSi Whipper.
Make sure the cap is closed and insert the first Gordon Choice N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
Insert second N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
Test consistency and add another charger if necessary.
Top drink with foam and garnishes (if desired).
Refrigerate remaining foam for future use.
