Recipe Preparation

  1. Deep fry the fries till golden brown.
  2. Warm the thawed chicken breast in the butter chicken sauce in a saute pan till heated to 74°F (23°C). 
  3. Season fries with salt and pepper, and place in a serving bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese curds over the fries.
  5. Top the fries and curds with the butter chicken mix.
  6. Garnish with a drizzle of garlic dressing and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
