Recipe Preparation
Season the sliced beef with soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Let marinate a minimum of 6 hours, up to 2 days.
Prepare Sambal cheese sauce by adding sambal to the warmed queso, and season to taste.
Saute the marinated beef until almost cooked through.
Add flame-roasted pepper and onion mix, and continue to cook the meat.
In the final minute of cooking, glaze the meat with the Korean BBQ sauce.
Add the cooked meat mixture to the warmed brioche roll.
Top with Sambal cheese sauce, and garnish with scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
