All American Bacon Jam Cheese Burger And Fries

4 oz Chuck Brisket Short Rib Patty
1 slice Cheddar Yellow, Brickmans Sliced
1 leaf Boston Bibb Lettuce, trimmed
1 ea Gordon Choice Brioche Bun
2 oz Bacon Onion Jam
1 ea Egg
6 oz Gordon Choice Waffle Fries
Kosher Salt To Taste
Ground Black Pepper To Taste
Recipe Preparation
Season and sear or chargrill the burger patty until the desired internal cooking temperature.
Melt the cheddar cheese slice on top when the burger is cooked.
Layer the burger onto the toasted brioche bun with butter, lettuce leaf, and top with bacon jam and a soft fried egg.
Serve with crispy seasoned waffle fries.
