Gordon Food Service Launches New Store Concept: Gordon Restaurant Market Opens in Buffalo, New York


Gordon Food Service, a privately held and family managed foodservice distribution company with operations in the U.S. and Canada, today celebrated the opening of Gordon Restaurant Market, a new 40,000 sq. ft. store concept located in Buffalo, NY. Gordon Restaurant Market is open to Foodservice Professionals and requires a no-cost membership.

Gordon Restaurant Market is a thoughtfully designed, efficiently laid out wholesale foodservice experience featuring knowledgeable staff, proven business solutions, in-store pickup for online orders and an on-site test kitchen. Shelves are stocked with fresh meats and produce, fresh seafood, kitchen equipment, and a full line of grocery items including many fresh and local products all priced at a tremendous value. Variety extends beyond the aisle to include a vast online selection.

To commemorate its grand opening, Gordon Restaurant Market will hold a week-long series of activities including guest speakers, product tastings, and other events in the store’s proprietary Solution Center.

The store, located at 1959 Elmwood, is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm, Saturday 7am to 5pm, and Sunday 8am to 4pm.
