How can I find out about the latest recalls?

Our Quality Assurance team has a recall system in place with product traceability to inform customers by phone, recall letters, and in-store postings.

We offer a variety of in-service training to help implement internal training programs in compliance with federal regulations. We also offer ServSafe certification classes to our food service distribution customers for information on HACCP compliance.

We offer Sunrise Basic Training Food Service Series (a DVD series covering many food service topics), multiple resources on Gordon Experience, as well as ServSafe certification classes for training materials.

Know your local health code, and ask your health inspector for the checklist ahead of time so that you won’t be surprised on the day of the visit. Practice looking for the items on the list, and on the day of the visit, stay calm and relax.
