Recipe: Adobo Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 2 lb. GFS Heavy Duty Mayonnaise
- 2 c. GFS Sour Cream
- ½ c. White Distilled White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Adobo Seasoning*
- to taste Kosher Salt
- to taste Trade East Ground Black Pepper
Recipe Preparation
1. Place all ingredients in a stainless steel mixing bowl. Whisk together thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place in a covered storage container. Label, date and refrigerate until needed.
