1. Place the gravy and heavy cream in a large, nonstick sauce pan. Bring to a simmer. Stir frequently. Cook 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Allow to cool. Transfer to a storage container. Cover, label, date and refrigerate until needed.
