First-Ever Gordon Restaurant Market Opens In Davenport, Iowa, With Expanded Offerings for All

Davenport, Iowa ─ Gordon Food Service^Ⓡ, a privately held and family-managed foodservice distributor with operations in the U.S. and Canada, opened a new Gordon Restaurant Market^®  today, Oct. 6, 2025, at 340 W. Kimberly Road, in Davenport, Iowa. The new store serves local restaurants, food operations, and it is open to the public. 

The new Gordon Restaurant Market is designed to provide chef-quality food products to restaurant owners, foodservice professionals of all types, and household shoppers, with an assortment of fresh meats, produce and restaurant staples.

Throughout the store, shoppers can expect to find a wide array of appealing foods:

• Large seasonal produce selection, offering the freshest fruits and vegetables
• Wholesale walk-in coolers with fresh meats available by the piece, pound or case; cheeses and seasonal produce
• Fresh, restaurant-quality meat at competitive prices 
• Over 15 variations of gourmet popcorn made in-house
• French fries and pantry staples, including fryer oil, sugar, rice, and paper products

In addition, Gordon Restaurant Market offers further convenience: 

• Online ordering for same-day, in-store pickup
• Same-day Express Van Delivery for restaurants and foodservice businesses

This is the first Gordon Restaurant Market to open in Iowa.

The new store will create approximately 25 new jobs, comprising a mix of full-time and part-time positions. The store will be open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from  9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
