Ingredients
- 2 ea Cilantro, bunch, trimmed and washed
- Ā¼ cup Yogurt, plain
- 1 ea Lemon, juice and zest
- 1 ea Jalapeno Pepper, stemmed
- 1 Tbsp Ginger, fresh
- Ā¼ tsp Cumin, ground
- ā tsp Curry Powder
- Ā½ tsp Salt
- Ā½ tsp Sugar
Recipe Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Refrigerate for an hour before serving
