- 2 ea Egg Yokes
- 2 cups Neutral Oil
- 1 tsp Truffle Oil
- Dash of Lemon Juice, to taste
- Touch of Water, to add thickness
- ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
Recipe Preparation
- Whisk oils into yolks and add parmesan and finish off with lemon juice.
