Vietnamese Cold Noodle Salad with Pork Belly

Ingredients
1/4c Red Onion, julienne
2.5oz Broccolini
1c Mushrooms, sliced
1/2c Roma Tomato, diced
2Tbsp Canola Oil
14oz Tavolini Capellini, cooked
3.5oz Sous Vide Pork Belly
1 1/2tsp Tamari
2Tbsp Ginger Sauce
1 1/2tsp Maggi Sauce
1/2c Nuoc Cham Sauce
3Tbsp Cilantro
3Tbsp Basil
3Tbsp Mint
Recipe Preparation
Over medium heat, warm a large sauté pan then heat oil and lightly sauté onion, broccolini and mushrooms. Let cool off and reserve for service
Mix ginger sauce with tamari and maggi seasoning
grill pork belly and brush with ginger sauce mixture. Reserve hot for service
Mix vegetables with pasta and nuoc cham sauce and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Remix and plate pasta
Top with grilled pork belly and fresh herbs
