Ingredients
1 ea. Sienna Bakery Flatbread
8 oz. Monsoon Kitchen Tikka Masala Sauce, with Chicken
1 Tbsp. Monsoon Kitchen Tamarind Chutney
1 Tbsp. Monsoon Kitchen Cilantro Chutney
8 oz. Halloumi, shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. Green Onion, bias cut
1 Tbsp. Tomato, diced
Recipe Preparation
Thaw out flatbread.
Put flatbread on a sprayed pizza screen.
Place 8oz of sauce over the flatbread
Add cheese.
Run through impinger for 5 minutes or bake in a preheated 500 °F (260 °C) oven on a pizza stone for 7 minutes.
Remove and cut into 8 pieces.
Top with both chutneys, onion and tomatoes for garnish.
