Churro Bread Pudding

Ingredients
6 cup Churros, fried and cut
10 ea. Large Eggs
6 cup Granulated Sugar
4 cup Heavy Cream, reserve 1 cup of cream per batch for whipped topping
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
Recipe Preparation
In a bowl, combine eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
In a greased aluminum 1/2 pan, add churros, then pour the custard mixture.
Cover and allow to sit overnight to allow the churros to soak up the egg mixture.
In a 350°F (175°C) oven, bake in a water bath for approximately 1.5 hours or until internal temp is 165°F (73°C).
Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
Top with cinnamon whipped cream and dulce de leche.
