Ingredients
- 8 oz. Gordon Choice Unsalted Butter
- 8 oz. Gordon Choice Greek Yogurt
- 8 oz. Greek Feta Cheese
- 1 oz. Roasted Beets
- ½ oz. Gordon Choice Honey
Recipe Preparation
- Soften the butter at room temperature.
- Add the ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Transfer to a puff pastry bag and refrigerate until needed.
