(Recipe) Pepper Jack Polenta

Ingredients
- 1 qt. Whole Milk
- 1/2 lb. Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 c. Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
- 2 c. Finely Ground Cornmeal
Recipe Preparation
1. Heat the milk and butter over low heat. Slowly add equal parts of the cheese and cornmeal until the mix has a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Let chill.
