Recipe Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine the apples with yuzu kosho and apple juice.
  2. Mix well and adjust the salt to taste.
  3. Transfer the Kosho to a vacuum seal bag and cryovac.
  4. Chill and reserve for plating.
