Incentivos
Customers receive automatic price discounts on all eligible products delivered from 10/12/25 – 12/05/25 just for attending the show. They don’t have to commit to these items at the show to get the discount; it will happen automatically. Off–invoice discounts are not offered to program accounts with contract pricing.

As part of our commitment to providing a professional environment for all guests, no children under the age of 18 are permitted in our shows. Culinary Students under 18 are welcome at the show after 1:00 pm. One adult chaperone per 10 students is required.
New Wagon Policy
New this season, a no wagon nor wheeled carts policy will be implemented by Security at our entry doors to the exhibit halls. Due to local health code and the safety of all guests, wagons and wheeled carts are no longer permitted on the show floor and will be requested to be left in personal vehicles.
Continuing Education
Unit Credits
Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) and American Culinary Federation (ACF) members can earn up to 3 continuing education units (CEUs) by walking the exhibits. Watch for the post-show email to request your certificate.
Estacionamiento gratuito para clientes
Customers can park in the Orange Lot, located at the corner of Kirby and McGee (Gate 10). Parking passes will be provided in pre-show emails you will receive up until show day. Each vehicle will need to provide the printed parking pass to the gate attendant upon entering. If you are not able to print the parking pass, you can show the pass to the gate attendant on your phone.
