Employment at Will

I recognize that this profile and application is not an offer or a contract for employment. I understand that if I am employed by Gordon Food Service, I will receive compensation and benefits and will be subject to the company’s policies, rules and regulations; but I agree that such compensation, benefits, rules, regulations and policies and the interpretation thereof are subject to change by Gordon Food Service, with or without notice to me. I acknowledge that Gordon Food Service may modify my assigned work hours, job duties, and place of work. I recognize I will be required to work overtime as needed. Finally, I agree that my employment can be terminated at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at the option of either Gordon Food Service or myself.
