Spicy Cookie and Cheesecake Trifle

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake cookie puck for 10-12 minutes so that the cookie is extra crisp, but not burnt. Reserve until room temperature and cooled.
2. In a container, crumble ¼ of a cookie.
3. Top with a scoop or 2 oz. of cheesecake.
4. Top with ½ cookie crumbled up.
5. Top next with two scoops or 4 oz. of cheesecake.
6. Top trifle with ¼ cookie crumbled up and serve.
