Sauté the Shrimp & Andouille:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add smoked sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.
  3. Toss in cherry tomatoes and cook until blistered, about 2 minutes.
  4. Season shrimp with smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, garlic seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque. Remove from heat.
