Ingredients

Recipe Preparation

  1. Sauté celery, red onion, red pepper, jalepeño, garlic, salt, and pepper until softened. 
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add brown sugar, ketchup mustard, Frank’s RedHot, and vinegar, and cook until the sauce is slightly thickened.
  4. Lay out lettuce leaves on a serving board or platter, and fill leaves with chicken mixture.
  5. Garnish with blue cheese and pickled onions. Top with additional Frank’s Red Hot if desired.
