- 1 oz Chipotle Crema
- 1 each 6" Flour Tortilla
- Slaw
- 2 cup Fresh Cilantro (for Slaw)
- 6 cup Slaw Mix #198234 (for Slaw)
- 2 cup Slaw Dressing (for Slaw)
- Chipotle Crema
- 3 tablespoon Chipotle Puree #428828 (for Chipotle Crema)
- 2 cup Sour Cream (for Chipotle Crema)
- 1 cup Mayo (for Chipotle Crema)
- 1 cup Mayo 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (for Chipotle Crema)
- to taste, Salt
Recipe Preparation
- Bake chicken tenders until fully cooked and reach the appropriate internal temperature.
- Place two chicken tenders on a flour tortilla, top with prepared coleslaw, and drizzle with chipotle crema and serve.
- For coleslaw, mix all ingredients and store in a refrigerator.
- For chipotle crema, mix ingredients well, and place into a squeeze bottle for use.
