Ingredients
- 2.5 Tbsp Gordon Choice(R) Hot Cocoa Dry Mix
- 0.5 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 5 oz Hot Water
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 0.5 oz Irish Cream
- 16 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup (Vanilla Foam)
- 8 oz Pasteurized Egg Whites (Vanilla Foam)
- 1 ct Cream Profi Quart iSi Whipper (Vanilla Foam)
- 2 ct Gordon Choice(R) N2O Chargers (Vanilla Foam)
Recipe Preparation
- Add ingredients to a glass or mug. Stir until well combined.
- Add Vanilla Foam Ingredients to a Cream Profi Quart iSi Whipper.
- Make sure the cap is closed and insert the first Gordon Choice N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
- Insert second N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
- Test consistency and add another charger if necessary.
- Top drink with foam and garnishes (if desired).
- Refrigerate remaining foam for future use.
