Hace cinco a\u00f1os, el concepto surgi\u00f3 de una colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada para rehabilitar el Centro de Bienvenida de la Ruta 93 en Hooksett, New Hampshire. Pernaw y su equipo colaboraron con Gordon Food Service para reorientar su oferta de productos generales hacia art\u00edculos de protecci\u00f3n individual y desarrollar una estrategia de seguridad para su personal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPudimos reorientar el negocio y hacer lo que era mejor para la empresa, pero tambi\u00e9n ayudar a la gente\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pernaw afirm\u00f3 que escuchar a los empleados y a los clientes ha sido fundamental a la hora de tomar decisiones, sobre todo cuando la informaci\u00f3n parece cambiar d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cHemos vuelto a demostrar que contamos con un equipo realmente bueno, preparado para afrontar cualquier obst\u00e1culo que se nos presente\u201d.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>El eslogan de Roadside es \u201cComida de verdad, muy r\u00e1pido\u201d, y han sabido mantener ese lema al tiempo que utilizan equipos de protecci\u00f3n, espacian las mesas y habilitan zonas de terraza al aire libre.
