Es un plato que te deja con ganas de m\u00e1s, muy saciante y perfecto para incluir en la carta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Su origen se remonta a la necesidad de aprovechar las sobras. Se cree que el kushari se cre\u00f3 en el siglo XIX como una forma de que las familias egipcias prepararan una comida sustanciosa a partir de las sobras de cereales cocidos.
