Este modelo establece una nueva forma de calcular el reembolso para los pacientes que siguen dietas modificadas mec\u00e1nicamente.<\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/\">Centros de Servicios de Medicare y Medicaid (CMS)<\/a> advierte de que las autoridades reguladoras estar\u00e1n muy atentas para evitar que se generen incentivos econ\u00f3micos no deseados que lleven a someter a los pacientes a dietas modificadas mec\u00e1nicamente sin que sea necesario, o a mantenerlos en ellas durante m\u00e1s tiempo del que est\u00e1 cl\u00ednicamente justificado.<\/p>\n<p>Esto pone de relieve una oportunidad para que los profesionales de la nutrici\u00f3n y la asistencia sanitaria colaboren entre s\u00ed. Pueden incorporar sistemas, procesos y documentaci\u00f3n que permitan obtener resultados nutricionales positivos y un reembolso econ\u00f3mico adecuado. El establecimiento de buenas pr\u00e1cticas para los men\u00fas adaptados en funci\u00f3n de la consistencia es fundamental para ofrecer una atenci\u00f3n de calidad.
